When They Pass at Home: Gentle First Steps
If your companion has just passed away at home, the first thing we want you to know is this: there is no emergency. Take a breath. You have time to say goodbye.
Make them comfortable
Gently place them somewhere cool, on a blanket or towel they loved. If other pets in the home want to sniff and understand, that is natural and can help them too.
Call someone kind
When you are ready, call us at (786) 356-6487 or (786) 326-8727. We answer every day from 6 AM to 10 PM, and we will gently explain each option — pickup from your home, private or communal cremation, and how your companion’s ashes can come home to you.
We come to you
Our family serves homes and veterinary offices from the Florida Keys through Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach. When we arrive, your companion is carried with the same tenderness we would want for our own.
You do not have to figure everything out today. One gentle step at a time is enough.
